FEES
Security Deposit: refundable 45 days after rental is $200
Cleaning Fee: $95 however, if stay is longer than 12 days, cleaning fee increases to $150
Pet Fees: small dogs under 35 lbs only (extra cleaning required with pets)
$30 per night
Extras: Firewood can be purchased from us $10 per night (optional) or purchase your own
